SCHP zips through barriers such as heavy clothing, wallboard or a windshield without deflecting or breaking apart. Velocity from real-world pistols is 1,250 fps for 434 ft/lbs of muzzle energy.
Our .40 caliber 125 gr. SCHP penetrates 14 to 15 inches in ballistic gel while typical six-petal expansion measures .800” to .820” with 100% weight retention.
