Shipping Policies & Restrictions

907 Ammo abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped via the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard — Ammunition
  • Oxidizing Substances — Batteries
  • Flammable Solids — Black Powder
  • Flammable and combustible liquid — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans

If you wish to order any hazardous material (ammunition), you must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS.

All other items (for example, knives, apparel and accessories) will be shipped via USPS. If your package is lost in transit, 907 Ammo is not responsible for lost merchandise and is not required to issue refunds.

For shipments containing items that we are legally required to obtain age verification upon delivery, 907 Ammo will add “Adult Signature-Required” delivery confirmation to your shipment.

SHIPPING AMMUNITION (ALASKA ONLY)

907 AMMO CURRENTLY ONLY SHIPS AMMUNITION TO LOCATIONS WITHIN THE STATE OF ALASKA SERVICED BY UPS GROUND INTRA-ALASKA. NO AMMUNITION WILL BE SHIPPED TO PO, APO, OR FPO BOXES.

These include, but are not limited to, the physical addresses connected by the road system in Southcentral and Interior Alaska. The following is meant to serve as a guide for locations currently serviced by UPS Ground Intra-Alaska, for more information please contact UPS directly:

Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address, and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release 907 Ammo from all liability and responsibility thereafter.

Refusal to Accept Delivery

When an order is placed with 907 Ammo, the customer agrees to accept the order at the address provided at the time of checkout. Any delivery that is refused and returned to the warehouse will be considered a “return” and you will forfeit the purchase amount, taxes, and shipping costs.

Returns & Refund Policy

Ammunition & Gift Cards

ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL. Carefully review your order before completing your purchase. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be given on ammunition or gift cards. If your items are received damaged or found to be defective upon receipt, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue. No refunds will be given after this time.

Apparel and Accessories

Apparel and accessories may be returned or exchanged, within 15 days, provided the items are unworn and in NEW condition. Please send an email to [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange.

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number, packing list or copy of your order confirmation email with your return/exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges. We recommend all returns be sent via a trackable method of shipment. 907 Ammo is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Should your return shipment be lost or damaged, please work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. 907 Ammo will not refund or exchange your item if it is lost in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the item(s) and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be submitted to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive an email that your refund has been approved and submitted. Please note it may take 5-7 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company to ensure that the refund isn't pending as posting times vary between financial institutions. Please reach out to [email protected] if you need additional assistance.
